Warranty

At Saba Furniture, you get a one-year limited Warranty against manufacturing defects. To claim a warranty, please keep your purchase receipt and contact our Customer Service team at care@sabafurniture.in. Our warranty covers material and workmanship defects for one year from delivery, provided that the Goods are handled, stored, assembled, maintained, and used properly in a non-commercial setting. Defects are defined as imperfections that impair the use of the Goods, such as in the material or wooden frame.

  1. Defects caused by incorrect product storage, handling, assembly, upkeep, or utilization.
  2. Any issues with the product that arise following its purchase due to alterations made to the product, intentional harm, accidents, misuse, abuse, or carelessness are not considered manufacturing defects and are therefore not covered under our warranty.
  3. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear that may occur over time, such as natural fading or deterioration of fabrics and leathers or softening and shape loss of cushion cores due to daily use. These are regular conditions that are not considered manufacturing defects and are not included in our warranty.
  4. The warranty does not include wood or any other surface that bears scratches or marks due to regular use.
  5. The natural grains and textures of wood, veneer, and leather may vary in each piece and sometimes within an individual item. However, these variations are not considered defects and actually contribute to the furniture's stunning and classic appearance.
Other exclusions include:
  1. Products made of natural materials, such as fabric, leather, and wood, may have variations in color or texture and are not considered defects. Please note that fabric and leather are not covered by any warranty. Additionally, buttons on tufted products covered with fabric or leather are not covered under warranty, as their durability depends on the user's handling and care.
  2. Commercial use of any Goods (e.g., use in a commercial establishment or other setting outside of a personal residential setting)

Suppose there is a defect in the material or workmanship of any good, part, or component found by the client. In that case, they are required to report it to Saba Furniture Customer Service at care@sabafurniture.in within the warranty period. Saba Furniture will proceed to repair or replace the goods at no additional cost. However, it should be noted that the warranty period remains unchanged, even after the repair or replacement of the goods.

Saba Furniture's product warranties are limited to the original purchaser with proof of purchase and are only valid for residential (non-commercial) use. The warranty is non-transferable and will be void if the furniture is used in a non-household setting or mishandled. Additionally, the warranty will be rendered invalid if the furniture is reupholstered or repaired by anyone other than Saba Furniture or their partners.

In case of any defects with the product, we offer repair or replacement with furniture of equal value to the original purchase price. Unfortunately, we do not offer cash refunds, and our liability is limited to the purchase price of the furniture. It is important to notify us within seven days of delivery if there are any visible defects or discrepancies with the order details. Any issues reported after seven days will be considered "acceptable" and will not be covered under warranty.
