   At Saba Furniture, we do our best to show you the most accurate colors of our products on our site. However, keep in mind that the colors you see may vary depending on your digital screen. To ensure you get the right fabric and wood color, we suggest ordering swatches from the product pages so you can see the actual color, texture, and feel before making your final purchase. Even then, please note that there may be slight variations in the color and feel of the fabric, wood, or leather due to lot variations.




8. DESCRIPTIONS, FEATURES, AND SPECIFICATIONS OF OUR PRODUCTS
   We strive to ensure that our products are as close as possible to their samples in our stores, website, and catalog. However, please note that there may be unique and characteristic variations in natural materials that can cause slight variations between the sample and the product received. These variations add to the unique quality of our products, and we are not responsible for them.

   1. Many of our products are hand-finished, and there may be slight variations in color and shade between different manufacturing batches.
   2. Additionally, there is a 3% allowance for fabric alignment
   3. All product measurements are approximate. There may be a variance of +/- 1-2 inches in the stated sizes for furniture and upholstered products.
   4. Leather is a natural material that may have unique characteristics such as shade variation, random scars, and blemishes.
   5. We reserve the right to make changes to the product specifications, whether external or internal, as necessary.
   6. Please check the details of the products in our promotional publications or offers before placing an order, as they may differ from what is shown in our catalog, website, or stores.
   7. It is important to note that product specifications will vary between ranges, as reflected in the design and price. Nevertheless, all our products are manufactured to the same high-quality standards.

10. QUANTITY LIMITATIONS
    Please note that Saba Furniture may have limitations on the quantity of orders placed by the same account, using the same debit/credit card, bank account, or billing and/or shipping address. Additionally, we may not provide additional discounts on large orders of a single item or large orders of multiple individual items. You will be informed in case any such limitations are imposed.

    Please note that most of our products are made to order, but some of our featured items have limited availability, and we may be unable to restock them once they are sold out. If an item is no longer in stock, we will try our best to remove it from the Site as soon as possible. 12. SALES, DELIVERY, AND REFUNDS
    At Saba Furniture, you can pay using Visa, MasterCard, Rupay, and American Express through our Razorpay Payment gateway. Alternatively, you can also choose to pay through Net Banking, Bank Transfer Option or Cash Deposit Option in our Punjab and Sind Bank account. For Cash deposit option exceeding Rs.2,00,000, you will need to provide a copy of your PAN card as per the government's regulations. We do not charge any surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. To ensure smooth processing of your order, please provide your accurate billing address and telephone number - which should match the details on file with your credit card bank. Kindly note that incorrect information will result in a delay in processing your order.
    
    If you order multiple products, we will do our best to ship them all together, but if any products are not available at the time of shipping, we will ship them separately as soon as they become available, unless you tell us not to.
    
    Once you receive an order confirmation, please note that it does not necessarily mean that Saba Furniture has accepted your order or confirmed the sale. Saba Furniture reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, or provide you with less than the quantity you requested. We will ship your order as soon as possible, but there may be times when a product is out of stock, causing a delay in fulfilling your order. We will notify you if any items you have ordered are out of stock and not available for immediate shipment. Please keep in mind that Saba Furniture cannot guarantee an exact delivery date, as shipping times are estimates only. If we make an error in fulfilment, and you receive the wrong product, you can return it within seven (7) days of delivery. Please see Saba Furniture's complete Shipping & Return policy for further details. When returning products, please ensure that they are unused and in their original packaging. The logistics partner(s) may refuse to collect improperly packed goods that may be damaged during return transit. You are responsible for keeping the original packaging material in good condition during the warranty period. Any additional packaging material provided by Saba Furniture for reverse logistics may be subject to additional charges.




13. CHARGES FOR KEEPING ITEMS OR FOR LATE DELIVERY
    If you request us to withhold your order in our warehouse after it's ready to be dispatched, a Holding Cost will be applied. We offer an additional 2 weeks as a grace period in case you are not available to accept the order. After this period, a 'Holding Cost' or 'Delayed Delivery Cost' will be applicable to your total order value on a monthly basis. We will notify you via e-mail with a detailed breakup of the charges levied each month, or bill you pro-rata for the number of days the order delivery has been withheld.
    
    The 'Holding Cost' is calculated at the rate of 6% against the total value of the order, and an 18% GST is applicable for this service. This policy will also be applicable for partial orders withheld in our facility at your request. The 'Holding Cost' must be paid before we dispatch your order from our warehouse




14. RISK OF LOSS
    Once the purchased products are delivered to the carrier, the responsibility for their loss and ownership transfer to the purchaser.




15. COMMENTS AND/OR FEEDBACK
