Shipping Policy

  • Our website typically takes 7-15 days to dispatch ready items such as pillows and mirror frames and 30-45 days to dispatch larger items like sofas, tables, and sideboards from our factory.
  • Once your shipment is prepared for delivery, you will receive a notification via text message or email to keep you informed.
  • Please note that while you will receive a notification once your shipment is prepared for delivery, we cannot guarantee that the courier or logistics partner will call before delivering your order. In some cases, they may reach out to confirm the tentative date and delivery time, but we do not have any direct control over their actions.
  • Please be aware that our logistics partners are responsible for delivering large products only up to the ground floor or a maximum of the first floor of your building. Delivering the goods to your doorstep or higher floors is not within their scope. In such cases, we kindly request that you arrange for your own manpower or laborers to assist with transporting the products to higher floors. Thank you for your understanding.
  • To ensure that your products are safe during transit and handling, we use wooden crates to secure them. Although these crates may make the packaging bulky, they are necessary to protect your product. We understand that they may cause some inconvenience, but they cannot be avoided. We kindly request that you open your goods yourself or with the assistance of a local carpenter or professional to inspect them for any defects or damage. If you notice any such issues, please report them immediately to the delivery person and our customer care team, and include a description of the problem on the Challan/Proof of Delivery (POD). Please note that the delivery personnel are not authorized to open the furniture or packages; their duty is only to deliver them to you. Our company does not directly employ them, so we kindly ask that you cooperate with them and avoid pressuring them to open any crates or packages.
  • We kindly request that you carefully review the product measurements mentioned on the product page before placing your order. Please note that we will not be responsible for any refused furniture due to it not fitting through an entryway or stairway. In such cases, the customer will be responsible, and any additional delivery attempts will be charged extra. To avoid any inconvenience, please provide accurate contact information when placing your order, and inform us in advance if you will be unavailable during the delivery period.
  • In the event that we have concerns about the security of the address provided, such as a communal postal address or PO Box, we reserve the right to refuse to take and fulfill the order. If this is the case, we will promptly notify you of the situation.
  • On rare occasions, some items may be delivered outside the published timed windows due to unavoidable circumstances.
HOLDING COST OR DELAYED DELIVERY CHARGES
  • If you request to hold your order in our warehouse after it is ready for dispatch, a holding cost will be applied.

  • You will receive an email from us detailing the charges incurred on a monthly basis, or we may charge you proportionally if your order delivery is held for less than a month upon your request.
  • We calculate the cost of holding your order at 6% of its total value, and an 18% GST is charged for this service. If you choose to request that we hold partial orders in our facility, the same policy will apply.
  • Prior to dispatching your order from our warehouse, it is necessary to pay the holding cost.
